The Event
A two-day team competition run with the Los Angeles Fit Expo, for teams of four — two women and two men. Divisions: RX, Scaled, Junior (14-17, combined age 65) and Heroes, for military, law enforcement, first responders and support roles, competing at intermediate skills, weights and movements. Division winners received mentorship from the team of USAFF head coach Justin Cotler at Underdogs Athletics.
